In plain English

Start with the 350-day average of price. Then multiply it by 1, by φ (about 1.618, the “golden ratio”), by 2, 3, and 5. Those lines have been used as stretch targets in past bitcoin bulls.

The lower pane is simply price divided by that 350-day average. 1 means on the average; φ means at the golden-ratio multiple.

Math and metrics

Philip Swift–style Golden Ratio Multiplier. φ = 1.6180339887. Dual pane: USD multiples on top, P/SMA_350 below.

bands = SMA_350 · {1, φ, 2, 3, 5}. osc = P / SMA_350.

Oscillator guides at 1, φ, 2, 3. Green fill below 1; red fill above 3.
