MVRV and NUPL usually agree on “hot vs cold,” but not always. This blends their ranks into one 0–100 score so you do not have to eyeball two oscillators.

Low teens = both look cheap. High 80s = both look expensive. It is a ranked mix, not a new on-chain identity.
